• Our knives are designed to give years of service. With care, we feel that they can last for generations. We guarantee our knives to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as we are making knives.
• The knives, however, are not guaranteed against rust. Proper care of your knife should prevent any rust from occurring. To prevent oxidation, wipe the blade after use. However, DO NOT store the knife in a sheath made from acid-tanned leather. The acid used in the tanning process is hard on the steel. When you put the knife away, remove it from the sheath and wrap it in a soft cloth.
• Our Knives are made for cutting. The knife has a fine edge that will cut well, but it will not withstand hacking bone, or chopping wood, using as a prying tool or knife throwing etc. If you experience anything (other than rust) that causes you to be unhappy with the knife, it is fully guaranteed.
• Handles made from natural materials, such as wood, bone, horn, and antler, are subject to shrinking, cracking as a natural process of aging and use. This is part of the character the knife develops over time, and is not a defect, but something that is to be expected.
KEY KNIVES WARRANTY
• If the handle or blade develops a problem through normal use, we will repair or replace the knife with a similar knife. We cannot warrant the knife against abuse. Stainless steel will rust. Tempered steel and any handle material will break if the knife is thrown or used to pry with.
• The terms of the guarantee are: Your knife will be repaired or replaced, or your money refunded upon the return of your old knife. Key Knives reserve the right to make final repair/replacement decisions upon inspection of the knife.
KEY KNIVES is not liable for any damages, including any consequential damages, of any kind that may result to the user from the use of the knives on this Web site.

Shipping to and from Key Knives is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location. For new orders over $(250.00), we offer FREE shipping within the contiguous United States. All items will be shipped insured. Shipping fees stated on this website are for shipping to the United States only.
Any shipments to other Countries will be charged actual shipping fees. Please email us before making payment to determine the exact shipping fees.
